Brenda SamuelBrenda has always had a strong passion for business. She started her first company in 1981, a startup company where she provided hands-on management and personally oversaw organizational growth from initial two employees, one retail store and no sales to thirty-one employees, five stores, and $3 million+ in annual sales. In the early 1990s she served on the Board of Directors for the Richmond Forum, where she volunteered on numerous committees, such as the compensation committee along with a performance review committee. She also participated in creating criteria for the qualifications and selection for the position of President. She then worked about two years with the Department of Human Resource Management - Commonwealth of Virginia. This position seemed to propel her into the technology world and the Internet as she worked identifying areas of concern with the on-line Help Desk, worked on webpage design, on-line testing, Power Point presentations and writing articles about the Y2K project. She was then assigned to the Compensation Reform Project where she was in control of documentation for the Classified Compensation Reform Plan that was passed by the General Assembly. She documented Requirements, Project Scope, Program Design and Test Plans. She was also charged with writing test scripts for on-line programs and reviewing User Manual documentation and Program Specifications. Then the new career in the world of business technology began in early 2000 and she became a partner in New Age Digital in January 2005. As position of CFO she has helped position the company for growth, customer service and satisfaction and prosperity. Qualifications
